At present, the section has two full-time teachers: Zhong Qingling and Bi Ruixue. It is mainly responsible for teaching core professional courses such asEmergency and Critical Care Nursing (bilingual) and Nursing Research, as well as Category Ⅱ general education courses such as Disaster Nursing. All the courses undertaken are Excellent Demonstration Online Courses of Nanchang University, among which Emergency and Critical Care Nursing is a University-Level Excellent Course of Nanchang University.
The teachers in the team possess high-level teaching and scientific research capabilities and rich practical experience. Professor Zhong Qingling, Vice Dean of the School of Nursing and Director of the section, is a Young and Middle-Aged Backbone Teacher in Jiangxi Provincial Universities, an Excellent Master's Thesis Supervisor in Jiangxi Province, an Excellent Undergraduate Tutor of Nanchang University, and a "Baoshan Iron and Steel" Excellent Teacher. She has published more than 30 academic papers in SCI journals and domestic core journals, and has edited or participated in compiling 8 national planning textbooks for nursing majors in institutions of higher learning during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period. The textbook Emergency and Critical Care Nursing (English-Chinese bilingual textbook) edited by her won the first prize of Excellent Textbooks in Jiangxi Province. She has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation project and more than ten provincial-level scientific research projects. The scientific research project "The Role and Nursing Research of Epidermal Stem Cells in Diabetic Wound Repair" won the third prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Nursing Association.
Ms. Bi Ruixue has participated in compiling one textbook, presided over one university-level project, participated in one National Natural Science Foundation project and multiple provincial-level projects, and published many papers. She won the second prize in the "Bilingual Teaching Competition" of the Teaching Competition of Nanchang University School of Medicine.
The section attaches great importance to the training of young teachers. It encourages young teachers to pursue further studies, and selects teachers to attend academic conferences and training courses to improve the teaching and scientific research capabilities of the faculty team. It also encourages teachers to participate in clinical practice to enrich teaching content, actively promotes teaching reform, and takes the lead in carrying out bilingual teaching in the college. The section strengthens cooperation with affiliated hospitals, optimizes the allocation of resources, and strives to provide students with high-quality teaching conditions and a favorable teaching environment.
